About George AI Bot

George AI Bot is a payments console for people and organisations who keep their financial records in a structured JSON ledger file. Instead of typing figures into another spreadsheet, you upload the ledger you already maintain and George AI Bot reads it directly, so the balances, invoices and payment history on screen always match the file you imported.

Once a ledger is loaded, the app shows every wallet in it with its sort code, account number and available balance, then lists what you owe as a clear set of payables with due dates and amounts. You settle an invoice in a single step by bank transfer, card or digital cash withdrawal, or settle several invoices at once with one card payment. Each payment is written back against the ledger, received and withdrawn totals are kept side by side, and a printable invoice document can be produced for any record. Any wallet holding more than the average citizen's income is marked as higher risk, and that flag travels with the whole ledger file.

George AI Bot is built for individuals and finance teams who need a readable view of their payments without giving up control of their data, and for holders of a verified government email address who need to open a wallet with a starting balance of their own choosing. Ledger files can be exported at any time, with optional passphrase encryption, so a backup is always yours to keep.
